Epsom is close enough for a psychic reading in person: the faster trains reach Waterloo or Victoria in about 35 minutes, and we meet in London by appointment, with where to go confirmed privately once you book. On days you can't get away, the same reading works on Zoom at home.
A session in town fits comfortably inside a morning or an afternoon. Ewell and Stoneleigh have their own stations on the same routes, and from Ashtead it's a short hop to join them. I'm Michelle Virtue, a professionally trained Psychic Medium, Spiritual Coach and Intuitive Teacher.
I don't work from anywhere in Epsom, and there's no public address.
In-person psychic readings in London, a short hop from Epsom
Epsom sits closer to the capital than most of Surrey, only around 13 miles from central London, and that changes the maths. A trip that would swallow a whole day from further out becomes something you can fit between the school drop-off and pick-up. For a first reading in particular, many people like the feeling of sitting in the same room, seeing the cards laid out and having the session properly separate from home.
My readings in person in London run for 30 or 60 minutes, and the longer session includes some energetic realignment at the end. We can look at whatever is weighing on you: a relationship, a family situation, work, confidence or simply a feeling that you've lost the thread of your own life.
A few practical points help an in-person session go well. Come a little early if you can, so you aren't arriving flustered from the station. You don't need to bring anything, though some people like to jot down two or three questions on the train. Wear something comfortable. If a delay on the line makes you late, send a message so I know you're on your way.
Being close to London also means an in-person session can be a small occasion in itself. Some people pair it with lunch with a friend in town or a walk by the river afterwards, giving themselves time to absorb what came up before heading back down the line to Epsom.
This was my first experience having any form of psychic reading… as soon as I arrived I was put at ease.

Mediumship when you're missing someone
Family life in Epsom often spans generations living within a few streets of each other, and when someone dies the gap is felt by everyone at once. A good number of people contact me hoping to hear from a parent, grandparent or partner who has passed. My mediumship readings are gentle and unhurried. I describe what I receive and you are free to say whether it makes sense.
I need to be honest about one thing: no one can guarantee who will come through, or when. Sometimes the person you hope for comes forward clearly; sometimes someone else does, with something you needed to hear. I'll never press you to accept a message that doesn't fit, and a mediumship session is never a replacement for bereavement support if grief is overwhelming.
It can help to come with an open mind rather than a list of things you need to hear. Afterwards, many people find a quiet walk through Nonsuch Park or around Ewell village gives them space to let the session settle before they go back to the noise of family life.
A first reading from Ewell or Stoneleigh, step by step
If you've never had a reading before, it helps to know what actually happens:
- You book a time online, choosing in person in London or Zoom, 30 or 60 minutes.
- You receive a confirmation email, which also lets you move or cancel the booking yourself.
- We start with a few quiet minutes so you can settle. There's no need to explain your situation first.
- I draw on intuition, the oracle deck and whatever your energy is telling me, explaining each impression as it comes.
- We leave time for your questions, and you go away with some practical next steps.
For a fuller checklist, my journal guide on getting ready for a first reading covers questions, mindset and what to bring.
A 30-minute reading in person costs £100, and a 30-minute Zoom reading costs less. Readings are guidance and reflection, not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and I read only for adults aged 18 or over.
What if you can't get into London from Epsom on the day?
Then we meet on Zoom instead, and you lose nothing. Even a 35-minute train from Epsom station can feel too much when you're caring for someone, working from home with back-to-back calls or simply exhausted. That is where Zoom comes in. My readings over video carry the same depth as meeting in person, and you can take the call from a quiet room or even the car parked up by Epsom Common.
Some people need rest more than insight. As a certified Reiki Master Practitioner I offer energy healing to help you feel lighter and steadier. It works alongside conventional treatment rather than instead of it; Reiki does not replace medical care, so anything to do with your health still belongs with your GP or consultant.
From the Downs to development: going further
Epsom Downs is famous for the Derby, but on an ordinary weekday the open grass up there is one of the calmest places in the area, and up there plenty of people first notice how much their intuition speaks when everything else goes quiet. Intuition tends to show up in exactly those moments: a sudden certainty on a walk, a name that pops into your head, a dream that stays with you all morning. If that sounds familiar, you may have more ability than you realise. The town gave its name to Epsom salts too, from the bitter spring on the common, so it has long been a place people came to restore themselves.
If readings spark a wish to understand your own abilities, my structured psychic development courses and private tuition are the next step, and I'll explain the current format and next start dates at the free Intuitive Clarity Consultation. That 20-minute Zoom call is also the place to start if you're unsure what you need at all. For travel notes on the rest of the county, see my page covering Surrey.
A very well orchestrated class. The teacher is very supportive, with lots of love and kindness, at the same time firm and disciplined in the teaching.
