A 30-minute reading or coaching session can sit between two client calls, and you don't need to leave the house, let alone the county. My online readings work as well through a screen as they do in a room, because what I read is energy, not your face.

A few habits help a Zoom session from home go well:

• block ten minutes either side so you aren't arriving straight from an email
• choose a room where you won't be overheard, especially if partners or teenagers are home
• turn off notifications on the laptop you're using
• have a notebook nearby for the practical steps we agree

Readings start at £75 for 30 minutes on Zoom, and longer sessions are listed on the booking page. Some people like to step out for ten minutes by the Priory Park lake afterwards, before the inbox pulls them back in.

Is it easy to reach an in-person session from Redhill?

Yes, and Redhill is the better station for London. Southern trains run to Victoria and Thameslink to London Bridge, with the quickest reaching London Bridge in about 30 minutes. From Reigate itself it's a short ride or drive down to Redhill to pick those up, and Merstham and Earlswood have their own stops on the line too.

An in-person session makes sense when you want a proper break from your desk, or when you're already in London for meetings. Some coaching clients like to mark a turning point, a launch or a decision taken, by meeting face to face. Allow a little time once you arrive, as the London meeting point is not at the station.

Off-peak trains from Redhill are far less crowded than the early commuter services, so a late-morning slot suits a working-from-home day and still gets you back to your desk by mid-afternoon.
