A clairvoyant reading in London with me is a private 1:1 session: I describe the pictures, symbols and short scenes that come to me as I tune in to you, and we work out together what they mean for your life now. It costs £75 or £135 on Zoom, and £100 or £160 face to face in London.

I’m Michelle Virtue, a professionally trained Psychic Medium, Spiritual Coach and Intuitive Teacher, and clear seeing is the part of my gift that arrives as images. We can meet across a table in London or over Zoom, and the 30-minute and 60-minute sessions work in exactly the same way.

If you’ve typed "clairvoyant near me" into your phone, you probably want someone who will actually see something, rather than offer general reassurance. This page explains what that looks like in my readings, what you can ask, what it costs and how a first session runs. My page on 1:1 psychic readings across London gives the wider picture of everything a session can cover; this one is for people drawn specifically to the visual side of the work.

What a clairvoyant reading in London with me involves

Clairvoyance is usually translated as "clear seeing". In practice it rarely looks like a film playing in front of my eyes. Most of what I receive arrives in the mind’s eye: a quick image, a colour, an object, a place, sometimes a sequence that unfolds over a few seconds. I describe each one as plainly as I can before I offer any interpretation, so you hear the raw impression as well as my reading of it.

Clear seeing is one of several intuitive senses, and it seldom works alone. An image often arrives with a feeling or a quiet sense of knowing that tells me where it belongs. I’ve written a fuller explanation of how clairvoyance works and how it sits beside the other clair senses if you’d like the background before you book.

My own sensitivity first showed itself through vivid, prophetic dreams and spiritual visitations, long before I sat with clients. Dream images and waking impressions have a similar quality for me. They are symbolic, often personal, and they make the most sense once we talk them through.

How inner images, symbols and oracle cards come together

A clairvoyant session with me draws on several strands at once. Here is roughly how they fit together:

  • Inner images. These are the core of the reading. I might see a closed door, a suitcase by a front step, a tangle of thread or a figure turning away. I tell you what I see first, then what it seems to point to.
  • Symbols. Over time every reader builds a personal vocabulary. For me, certain images repeat with fairly steady meanings, such as a bridge for a transition or scaffolding for something still being built. I’ll always say when I’m reading a symbol rather than describing a literal scene.
  • Oracle cards. I lay cards when I want a second view on an image, or when a theme needs opening up. The artwork on a card often sparks further pictures, and sometimes a card confirms something I saw a few minutes earlier. There is more about this on my page for card-led oracle sessions.
  • Energy awareness. Alongside the visual work I notice how your energy feels: heavy, scattered, guarded or open. If you book an hour, or come to see me face to face, I close with a short period of energetic realignment.

Images can be literal or symbolic, and I can’t always tell which at first. That is why I check in with you as we go. A picture of a red car might be a real car in your life, or it might be about speed and impatience. Your response helps us place it.

What you can ask a clairvoyant

Open questions work best, because they give the images room to show you something you hadn’t thought to ask about. Here are some that people bring to me:

  • What do I need to see about this relationship that I keep missing?
  • Why does the same pattern keep turning up in my love life or at work?
  • What is the energy around the career change I’m considering?
  • Where am I holding myself back, and what would help me move?
  • What is this foggy, unsettled feeling trying to tell me?
  • What could support my confidence or my spiritual growth right now?

Yes or no questions tend to give thin answers, and timing questions are the hardest of all for any reader. I’d rather show you the shape of a situation and the choices inside it than hand you a date. You’re also welcome to arrive with no questions at all and let the reading lead.

Michelle is amazing, and so in tune with her guides. My reading was incredibly accurate and gave me much clarity.

Clairvoyant reading prices and session lengths

My clairvoyant readings are my standard 1:1 readings, so the prices are exactly the same and depend only on length and format:

Format30 minutes60 minutes
1:1 reading on Zoom£75£135
1:1 reading in person, London£100£160

Alternatively, the Clarity Trilogy bundles three 30-minute Zoom sittings into one purchase at £191.25, which is 15% (£33.75) less than buying them singly. Only the opening session goes in the diary at first, and we schedule the other two once it’s done, which suits anyone who wants to watch how a situation develops over a few weeks. Every available slot is on my booking and prices page, and the calendar will switch to your local time zone if you’re booking from abroad.

For clairvoyance I usually suggest 60 minutes if you can manage it. Images often build on one another, and the longer session leaves room for that chain to unfold, with time for your questions at the end.

Your first clairvoyant reading, step by step

  1. Book. Choose Zoom or in person, and a length, in the calendar. Life happens, so the email confirming your slot includes an option to rearrange or cancel.
  2. Arrive and settle. We start with a few minutes of conversation. I explain how I work, and you need only share your first name and, if you like, the area of life that’s on your mind.
  3. I tune in. I go quiet for a moment, then begin describing what I see. Some images are clear and some are fleeting. I name each one before I interpret it.
  4. We check in. I’ll ask whether something makes sense. "Yes", "no" and "I’m not sure" are all useful answers. Please don’t agree to be polite; an honest no helps me refine the picture.
  5. Cards and energy. Where it helps, I draw oracle cards to confirm or open a theme, and in longer or in-person sessions I finish with some energetic realignment.
  6. Bring it together. We close by talking through what the images might mean in practice, and what one or two sensible next steps could be.

Most first-timers find the nerves fade within the first few minutes. I keep the language plain and the pace steady, and nothing about the session is theatrical. A notebook is handy, because small visual details are easy to forget by the evening.

I loved Michelle’s warmth and empathy and it was clear very quickly that she was accurately reading my energy.

Seeing a clairvoyant in London or on Zoom

My in-person clairvoyant sessions are held in London, and where we meet is confirmed privately after you’ve booked. Meeting in person suits anyone who prefers being in the same room and can set aside an hour in their day. If you’re coming from Hammersmith, Ealing, Chiswick or Richmond, my page for clients in West London is a useful place to start.

Zoom works just as well for clairvoyance. I don’t need to be in the same room to receive images; what helps most is your attention and a quiet, private space. Plenty of clients settle faster on their own sofa, and video calls open the door to anyone outside the capital or abroad. The care and detail are the same either way, and only the price differs, as the table shows.

What clairvoyance can and can’t tell you

I’d like you to come in with realistic expectations. Clairvoyant impressions are a way of looking at a situation from a fresh angle. They are not fixed predictions, and they don’t override your free will. If an image points towards a likely outcome, it reflects the direction things seem to be heading now, and you can change that direction.

Science has not established that clairvoyance exists as a sense in its own right, and I’d rather say that openly than pretend otherwise. What people tell me is that a reading helps them notice what they already half knew, and gives them a clearer basis for their next decision. Judge it by whether it’s genuinely useful to you.

Think of a reading as guidance and a chance to reflect. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, so please speak to a qualified professional about anything in those areas. If you’re struggling with your mental health or with grief, your GP is the right first call, and a reading can sit alongside that support.

If you’d like to talk before booking, the Intuitive Clarity Consultation costs nothing and lasts 20 minutes over Zoom. It’s a relaxed chat, not a reading, about which option fits where you are. You can also call 07482 343459, 9am to 5pm, seven days a week.

Clairvoyant Readings in London: FAQs

How much is a clairvoyant reading in London?

A clairvoyant reading with me costs exactly the same as any 1:1 reading: £75 for 30 minutes or £135 for 60 minutes on Zoom, and £100 or £160 in person in London. Booked as the Clarity Trilogy, three half-hour Zoom sessions come to £191.25, a 15% saving. There are no add-ons during the session, and the price never depends on your question.

Is a clairvoyant reading different from a psychic reading?

Only in emphasis. Clairvoyance is the visual strand of psychic perception, so a clairvoyant reading is a psychic reading where I focus on the images and symbols I receive. I still use oracle cards and energy awareness, and other impressions such as feelings or a sense of knowing often join in. The booking, format and prices are identical.

Does clairvoyance work over Zoom?

Yes. I don’t need to be physically near you to receive images, so a Zoom reading is just as detailed as an in-person one. What matters most is a quiet, private room and a steady connection. Some clients find being in familiar surroundings helps them open up, and video suits anyone outside London. Only the price differs between the two formats.

Who can book a clairvoyant reading with you?

Anyone aged 18 or over can book. Every reading, consultation and healing session at The Butterfly Academy is for adults, so that the person booking can consent fully and make their own decisions about any guidance. First-timers, sceptics and people who already know their own intuition are all welcome, and you don’t need to believe in anything in advance.

What if an image you describe means nothing to me?

Say so, honestly. Some images are symbolic rather than literal, and your answer helps me look at them from another angle or set them aside. Others only make sense days later, which is why I suggest jotting down anything that puzzles you. I’d always rather you told me something doesn’t fit than nodded along to be polite.

Can a clairvoyant tell me exactly what will happen?

No, and I’d be cautious of anyone who promises that. Clairvoyant impressions show the shape of a situation and the direction it seems to be moving, but your choices still shape the outcome. Exact dates are especially hard for any reader. I aim to give you a clearer view and practical next steps, not a fixed script for the future.
