A reading offers guidance, not guarantees. I share the energy and possibilities I sense around a situation, but the future isn't fixed and your choices still shape it. I'd be wary of any reader who promises certain outcomes. The most useful readings help you understand where you are now and what might help, so you can move forward with more confidence.

Yes, all clients must be 18 or over. This applies to every reading, whether on Zoom or in person in London, and to the 30-minute, 60-minute and Clarity Trilogy sessions alike. Readings are a space for guidance and reflection, and they don't replace professional advice of any kind, which is why I work only with adults.

Yes. Much of my work is ongoing one-to-one intuitive coaching and psychic readings for women, founders, entrepreneurs and business owners who want clarity and confident decision-making. No. Intuitive coaching combines intuitive insight with practical reflection and planning, but it is not financial, legal, medical or psychological advice. I help you see a situation more clearly and decide what feels right, and I will always encourage you to take qualified professional advice where a decision needs it. Many clients use our sessions alongside their accountant or adviser.

A 1:1 reading on Zoom costs £75 for 30 minutes or £135 for 60 minutes. A 1:1 reading in person in London costs £100 for 30 minutes or £160 for 60 minutes. The 60-minute and in-person sessions leave more room for deeper work, including energy healing and energetic realignment. The 20-minute Intuitive Clarity Consultation on Zoom is free.

The Intuitive Clarity Consultation is a free 20-minute conversation on Zoom. It isn't a psychic reading. We talk about where you are spiritually, emotionally and intuitively, and which reading, course, mentoring pathway or package might suit you. It's a relaxed way to get a sense of how I work, ask questions and decide on your next step with no pressure.

The Clarity Trilogy is a package of three 30-minute readings on Zoom for £191.25, which saves 15%, or £33.75, compared with booking them separately. It suits people who want ongoing support through a period of change rather than a single session. You book the first reading online, and the second and third sessions are arranged after that first reading.

You can reschedule or cancel from the confirmation email you receive after booking. Bookings run through the online scheduling calendar, so the link in that email takes you straight to your appointment. Yes, many people find Zoom readings just as meaningful, because the connection doesn't depend on being in the same room. Zoom also means you can have a reading from anywhere, in your own space, without travelling across London. In-person readings suit those who prefer meeting face to face. Both formats use the same approach of psychic insight, oracle cards and energy awareness.

When you book online, you can change the time zone in the booking calendar so that appointment times show in your local time. Your confirmation email will then reflect that time. Zoom readings work from anywhere in the world, so you only need a private space, a stable internet connection and a working camera and microphone.

In-person readings take place in London. The Butterfly Academy is a service-area business and doesn't have a public street address. I always go into a mediumship reading with an open heart, but no medium can guarantee who will come through or what they will say. Sometimes the person you hope to hear from connects, and sometimes someone else steps forward. I'll be honest with you about what I receive and won't fill silences with guesswork. Coming with openness rather than one fixed expectation usually helps.

There's no set rule, and it depends on how you're feeling. Some people find comfort in a reading fairly soon after a loss, while others need time before it feels helpful. If your grief feels raw or overwhelming, it may be kinder to wait. A reading can sit alongside support from friends, your GP or a bereavement counsellor, but it doesn't replace them.

No. Reiki and energy healing are complementary practices and never replace medical care. They can sit alongside treatment from your GP or other healthcare professionals, and many people use them to support relaxation and emotional wellbeing. Please keep taking any prescribed treatment and follow your doctor's advice. If you have a health concern, speak to a medical professional first.
