For a psychic reading from Wokingham, Zoom at home is the easy choice and fits into school hours. Coming to me in person means a trip into London on the Waterloo line, or a change at Reading for Paddington, with the meeting place emailed after booking.
Between the school drop-off and the pick-up there is often one clear stretch of the day, and for a lot of parents in Wokingham that is the only time a reading can realistically happen. That is why I suggest Zoom first to most people in the town. My name is Michelle Virtue. I work from London as a professionally trained Psychic Medium, Spiritual Coach and Intuitive Teacher, and I've written this for Wokingham people considering a psychic reading, learning to develop their own intuition, or some healing.
So you know where you stand: I have no venue, room or group in Wokingham, and nothing runs in the town itself.
Wokingham regularly turns up near the top of quality-of-life surveys, and it is easy to see why: the old market place, good schools, green space on every side. Yet a comfortable life can still hold a lot of private worry. A pleasant town doesn't stop people feeling lost, lonely or unsure what comes next.
Zoom readings in school hours
Wokingham is a town that organises itself around families. Weekdays are full of school runs, clubs and the commute to Reading or London, and weekends go on football pitches and birthday parties. The quiet hour you do get is precious, and spending half of it on a train isn't always sensible.
My readings on Zoom fit into that gap. You sit somewhere comfortable at home, with a cup of tea and the door closed, and we talk through whatever is on your mind. I read the energy around you, draw a card or two from my oracle deck if it adds something, and put what I'm sensing into ordinary language. People often bring questions about:
- a relationship that feels stuck, or a pattern that keeps coming back;
- going back to work, changing career, or starting something of their own after years of family life;
- confidence that has quietly drained away;
- a sense that something spiritual is stirring and they don't know what to do with it.
Sessions run from 9am to 5pm every day, including weekends. A 30-minute Zoom reading is £75, and the Clarity Trilogy of three half-hour readings costs £191.25 if you want to follow something over a few weeks. If a child is off sick on the day, just move your booking using the link in your confirmation.
This was my first experience having any form of psychic reading… as soon as I arrived I was put at ease.

Psychic development courses for Wokingham beginners
A good number of people who have their first reading discover that they want to learn this themselves. Some have always had a strong sense of other people's moods, vivid dreams or the odd moment of just knowing. Others simply feel drawn to it. Wokingham's settled, steady pace of life is actually a good base for this kind of learning, because development works best with regular practice rather than bursts of effort.
My structured psychic development courses are taught across three levels. You can learn live alongside a small group, or take the same material with me on your own. Along the way you develop your intuition, deepen your link with Spirit and learn discernment, and for students who feel called to it, there is room to grow as a medium. The environment is safe and nurturing, but I am also firm about good habits, grounding and ethics.
Practice between sessions matters, and family homes are fine places for it. Ten quiet minutes at the kitchen table after the house empties in the morning is enough for most of the exercises I set. For many people the hardest part is giving themselves permission to take that time.
The current syllabus and start dates change, so rather than list them here I go through them with you at the free Intuitive Clarity Consultation. That 20-minute Zoom chat is also where we check whether a group, private tuition or simply more readings would suit you best.
How can a Wokingham commuter fit in a London reading?
The simplest way is to book an in-person session for a day you are already in town for work, and use Zoom the rest of the time. Many people in Wokingham work for the big employers around Reading or travel up to London several days a week. That rhythm takes its toll: early starts from Wokingham or Winnersh station, long days, then straight into the evening routine at home. By the time you sit down, there's nothing left for yourself. If that sounds familiar, a reading or a run of coaching can be a way of putting yourself back on the list, even for half an hour.
If you'd like an in-person reading, it's worth knowing the options. South Western Railway trains from Wokingham reach Waterloo in a little over an hour. Alternatively, you can go to Reading and pick up a fast train to Paddington. From Twyford, the Elizabeth line runs straight into central London. My page on meeting me for a reading in London explains how those sessions work.
The train itself can be useful, too. The ride up the line, phone in your bag and eyes on the window, is a good time to notice what you'd actually like to ask. Write a few words down before you arrive. You don't need a polished list, only enough to remind you what matters most once we begin.
Reiki and healing in London, for rest
Sometimes what you need isn't answers, it's rest. I am a certified Reiki Master Practitioner, and my Reiki and energy healing sessions are for anyone feeling depleted, anxious or simply out of balance. Back home afterwards, a slow walk round the lakes at Dinton Pastures is a lovely way to let the calm last a little longer.
Reiki is complementary. Think of it as support that works next to your doctor's care, never instead of it, and your GP should stay involved in any health concern. I hold healing sessions in person in London, never over Zoom, and I'm happy to explain what they involve during the free consultation.
She puts you totally at ease and answers your questions without you having to ask them.

One last practical note for Wokingham readers. Everyone I work with must be 18 or over, and readings, courses and healing are offered as gentle guidance. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. For other towns nearby, have a look at my guide to the rest of Berkshire.
