Army postings, shift rotas and school runs all make Zoom the natural way to have a psychic reading from Farnborough or Aldershot, and it keeps working if the family moves on. For an hour in person, take the train from Farnborough Main to Waterloo, around 40 minutes, and I'll email the London meeting point when you book.

This page is written for the people whose lives are shaped by the Army in Aldershot and by the airfield at Farnborough: partners waiting through a posting, parents whose son or daughter has deployed, veterans and Gurkha families who have settled here, and engineers who spend their working days thinking about flight. I'm Michelle Virtue, a professionally trained Psychic Medium, Spiritual Coach and Intuitive Teacher.

Nothing of mine is located in Rushmoor, and neither town hosts my sessions.

When a posting divides a Farnborough or Aldershot household

Aldershot has been known as the home of the British Army since the camp was founded in the 1850s, and the rhythm of military life still runs through the area: the moves, the courses, the months apart. The person left at home often holds everything together while quietly carrying the worry. A reading can be a private hour where you put that down for a while.

My psychic readings by video call suit this kind of life for practical reasons. There is no childcare to arrange for a trip, the session can happen on a quiet evening after the children are in bed, and if the family is posted elsewhere in the UK or overseas, the same sessions continue. The booking calendar lets you choose the time zone you are living in.

What I can offer, and what I can't, matters here. Whether someone serving will be safe is not a question I answer, because fear deserves care rather than forecasts. What I can do is help you find steadiness, look at the questions you can actually act on, such as work, relationships, your own wellbeing, and leave you with clear, practical next steps. Think of a reading as guidance for reflection; it is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Welfare teams and your GP remain important sources of support.

She puts you totally at ease and answers your questions without you having to ask them.

Mediumship for Aldershot's Army and Gurkha families

Many military families carry losses that are hard to talk about at home: comrades, fathers and grandfathers who served, relatives who died far away. Aldershot and Farnborough are also home to a large Nepali community, many with family ties to the Brigade of Gurkhas, and some of the people they miss lived and died in Nepal. Distance, borders and time can make grief feel unfinished.

In a mediumship sitting I make the link with Spirit and relay each impression carefully and without embroidery, whether that is a description, a memory, a characteristic phrase or a feeling of the person's presence. I respect whatever faith or tradition you bring, and I won't ask you to change how you honour your ancestors. I am also honest about the limits: no one can guarantee who will come through, and I never fill a gap with guesswork.

Farnborough knows something about remembrance. On the hill above the town stands St Michael's Abbey, built by the Empress Eugénie of France as a resting place for her husband Napoleon III and their son, who both died in exile. It is a reminder that people have always looked for a place and a way to stay connected to those they have lost, wherever they came from. A sitting is one more way of doing that, and it can sit comfortably alongside prayer, ritual or remembrance services.

Some people like to have a photograph, a medal, or a small object that belonged to the person nearby during a Zoom sitting. It isn't required, but it can help you feel ready.

A flying history, and wanting to see further

In 1908 Samuel Cody made the first powered aeroplane flight in Britain at Farnborough, and the town has been bound up with aviation ever since, through the Royal Aircraft Establishment, the aerospace firms that followed and the airshow that brings the world's aircraft here. A lot of people in Farnborough and Cove work in engineering, research or defence, where decisions rest on data and testing.

Those are often the people most surprised by how useful intuition can be. In a reading, I look at what sits beneath the logic: the pattern that keeps repeating in your relationships, the career move you have rationalised out of, the reason a perfectly good plan feels wrong. You don't have to abandon evidence to listen to your instincts. You simply add another instrument to the panel.

The same goes for readings in person in London: some engineers and analysts prefer to sit opposite me and watch how I work, asking questions as we go. That is welcome. I would rather you leave with your curiosity satisfied than with doubts you were too polite to voice.

Can I plan an in-person reading around leave or a posting from Aldershot?

Yes: pick a date once leave or a posting is settled, then travel from Farnborough Main. Farnborough has two stations, and the one you want for London is Farnborough Main, with a typical fast service to Waterloo taking about 40 minutes on South Western Railway. Farnborough North is on a different line and is not the quick route into town. From Aldershot, North Camp or Ash Vale, it is usually simplest to drive or catch a bus to Farnborough Main.

An in-person reading can be a special occasion for people who prefer to sit across from someone, or who want an hour out of the house entirely. First-timers often worry about what it will feel like to walk in. My aim is that the nerves settle in the first minute.

Service diaries change at short notice, so book with that in mind. You can move or cancel from your confirmation email if a course date shifts, and if a partner is home on leave for only a few days, a Zoom session from home may protect that time better than a day in town.

This was my first experience having any form of psychic reading… as soon as I arrived I was put at ease.

Private development tuition for beginners

Service life and shift work make weekly classes difficult, so for anyone in that position I suggest one-to-one psychic development tuition instead. It is tailored to you, runs at your own pace on Zoom, and concentrates on learning to trust what you sense, sharpening your awareness, clearing whatever has stalled you, and using your abilities with your feet firmly on the ground. If you are posted away mid-course, the lessons come with you.

Everyone who works with me needs to be 18 or over. To work out where to start, book the free Intuitive Clarity Consultation, twenty minutes on Zoom spent choosing which reading, mentoring or course suits you, and my Hampshire guide has more on Basingstoke, Fleet and the rest of the county.

Psychic Readings in Farnborough & Aldershot: FAQs

Can I keep having readings if my family is posted away from Aldershot?

Yes, readings and mentoring continue on Zoom wherever a posting takes you, in the UK or abroad. The booking calendar lets you set the time zone you are living in, so the slot you choose matches your local time. Many military families find that having the same practitioner through a move gives some continuity at a time when most other things are changing.

Which station should I use to get from Farnborough to a reading in London?

Use Farnborough Main, which has South Western Railway trains to Waterloo taking about 40 minutes on the fastest services. Farnborough North is on the North Downs line and is not the direct route to London. From Aldershot, Cove or North Camp, it is usually quickest to reach Farnborough Main by car or bus. The London meeting details are emailed after you book.

Can a medium connect with relatives who passed away in Nepal?

Yes, distance and borders are not a barrier in mediumship, so families in Farnborough and Aldershot can sit for loved ones who died in Nepal or anywhere else. I relay only what actually comes to me, with care and respect for your traditions. I cannot guarantee who will come through in any sitting, and I will always tell you honestly what I am and am not getting.

Is a Zoom reading a good first experience for someone in Farnborough?

Yes, a Zoom reading is a gentle first experience for many people in Farnborough, because you stay in familiar surroundings and there is no travel to plan. I explain how the reading works at the start, talk you through what I pick up, and leave time for questions. Nervous first-timers can also start with the free 20-minute consultation, a relaxed chat on Zoom where no reading takes place.
