For anyone in Chatham, Rochester or the other Medway towns, a psychic reading on Zoom from your own front room is the straightforward option. If you'd like to meet, that happens in London: the high-speed line runs to St Pancras, and I pass on the meeting point privately after booking.
Stand on Rochester Bridge and most of the Medway story is in front of you: the castle keep with the cathedral behind it, the river bending away towards Chatham, and the old naval town where warships were built for centuries. People who live here are surrounded by history, and much of it is the kind that leaves an atmosphere. If you live in Chatham, Rochester or anywhere in the Medway towns and are curious about a reading, welcome. I'm Michelle Virtue, and as a professionally trained Psychic Medium, Spiritual Coach and Intuitive Teacher I'd like to set out below how we might work together while you stay rooted on the Medway.
So you know where you stand, I don't hold sessions anywhere in Medway.
Old places and quiet feelings
Rochester's cathedral is one of the oldest in England, the castle has guarded the river crossing for more than nine hundred years, and Dickens knew these streets well enough to write them into his novels. Over in Chatham, the Historic Dockyard holds the memory of generations of shipwrights, sailors and their families, and Fort Amherst still looks down over the town. It isn't surprising that people here sometimes feel things they can't explain: a sense of someone close by, or a dream too vivid to shrug off.
Plenty of families in Chatham and Gillingham have naval or dockyard roots, and grief for a parent or grandparent whose working life was spent on the river can run deep. My medium readings offer a gentle space to see whether someone you love wants to make contact. I always say this plainly: no one can guarantee who will come through. What I can offer is honesty about what I receive and care in how I share it. If you are new to this, my piece on how mediumship works explains what to expect.
A psychic reading on Zoom from the Medway towns
For most people in Medway, an online reading from home is the easy choice. There is no train to catch, no hunting for parking in Rochester on a busy Saturday, and nobody needs to know. I read with the same intuitive insight and oracle cards I'd use face to face, tuning into your energy through the screen without any loss.
- Choose a quiet room and let anyone at home know not to knock.
- Use headphones if the walls are thin, as they often are in a Gillingham or Strood terrace.
- Jot down one or two things you'd like clarity on, then try to stay open to whatever comes.
My hours are 9am to 5pm, seven days a week, so a weekend slot can work well around shifts or a weekday job. A 30-minute Zoom reading is £75, and an hour is £135.
Which length suits a Medway reading
Half an hour is right when one question is pressing, such as whether to take a job across the river in Essex or stay put, or how to handle a family situation that has come to a head. A full hour suits people who feel stuck in several areas at once, or who would like time for mediumship as well as guidance. If you can't decide, the three-reading Clarity Trilogy on Zoom lets you return to the same questions over a few weeks, which can help when a situation in your life is still unfolding.
Students and a reading between lectures
The university campuses at Chatham Maritime bring many young people into the area, and some look for a reading when life feels uncertain: a course that no longer fits, a relationship far from home, or doubts about the career they came here to train for. You are welcome, provided you're 18 or over, which applies to everyone who books with me.
I'd gently add one thing. A reading gives you guidance and a fresh angle. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and your university's wellbeing team is the right place to lean on in the heavier moments. If money is tight, the free Intuitive Clarity Consultation is a sensible first step: 20 minutes on Zoom, a conversation about what you need rather than a reading. Some students are also curious about developing their own intuition, and we can talk that through too.
Michelle is a wonderful and powerful teacher. She creates an encouraging and beautiful environment to follow your intuition and lean into this path.

How do I get from Chatham to a session in London?
Take the high-speed train from Chatham, Rochester or Strood to St Pancras, about 40 minutes, or a slower service into Victoria if that suits your end of the towns better. Sessions are by appointment, and the meeting point comes to you privately after booking. Build in a margin, because trains along the north Kent line don't always go to plan.
I was late getting to my appointment yet she gave me time to get to her and did not rush through the reading.

That review means a lot to me, because it is how I like to work. If a delay catches you out on the way, let me know as soon as you can, and we'll make good use of the time we have.
For a first visit, a slot late in the morning is often kindest. It lets you miss the busiest commuter trains out of Gillingham and Chatham, gives you time to find the meeting point without rushing, and means you're heading home along the Medway before the evening crowds. Bring water, wear something comfortable, and try not to plan anything demanding for straight afterwards.
Psychic parties and gatherings at your venue
Some people in Medway would rather share the experience with friends, family or a group marking a special occasion. I offer private events and psychic parties at your chosen venue, which might mean a front room in Rainham or a space you've hired in Rochester. Each event is planned with you, from the number of guests to the kind of experience you'd like, such as short individual readings or a guided intuitive circle.
A gathering works best when everyone knows what to expect, so I'll talk you through how the time is shared and how people can step out if they'd prefer to watch. If you're thinking about an occasion, send the date and a rough guest list through the contact form. For the rest of the county, including Maidstone and the Thames-side towns, see my wider Kent page.
