Psychic development mentoring is private, one-to-one work shaped entirely around you. It is for people who want to understand their intuitive gifts more deeply, with a teacher who knows their story, notices their patterns and adjusts the pace as they grow.
I mentor beginners who are only just admitting to themselves that they sense things, and people who have practised for years and want to go further. Sessions take place in person in London or on Zoom, and every mentoring relationship is tailored: there is no fixed script, only a clear sense of where you want to get to and a steady way of getting there.
What psychic development mentoring involves
Mentoring combines teaching, guided practice and honest reflection. In a session we might work on a specific skill, talk through an experience that unsettled you, or practise reading together so I can show you where your impressions are strong and where your mind is stepping in.
Across the sessions, the focus usually returns to four themes:
- Self-trust, so you can act on what you sense without second-guessing it into silence.
- Intuitive awareness, refined until you recognise your own signals quickly and clearly.
- Working through blocks, whether they come from fear, old experiences or simple overthinking.
- A confident, grounded approach to your gifts, so they sit comfortably alongside the rest of your life.
What intuitive development one to one feels like
Working one to one changes the feel of development. There is no one else to compare yourself with and no pressure to keep up, so attention can rest entirely on what you are noticing. Quieter people often find they speak more freely, and they ask the questions they would hesitate to raise in a room full of students.
Each session is shaped by what you bring, but the rhythm tends to stay steady and safe:
- We ground and settle, and you tell me what has happened since we last met.
- We choose a focus, which might be a skill, a block or an experience you want to understand.
- You practise, and I give you specific, honest feedback as you go.
- We close down carefully and agree something small to practise before next time.
Over a series of sessions, that steady pattern builds confidence. You start to see your own progress clearly, which is one of the most encouraging parts of this work.
Who a psychic mentor can help
A psychic mentor is useful at very different stages. For a beginner, a mentor offers safety and orientation: someone to explain what is happening, show you how to ground and reassure you that your experiences can be worked with. For someone more experienced, a mentor offers challenge, precision and an outside eye on habits that have quietly set in.
People often come to mentoring when:
- They have strong intuitive experiences but no framework for understanding them.
- They feel drained or overwhelmed by what they pick up from other people.
- They have attended classes before and want individual attention to move past a plateau.
- Their work or family life makes a regular group timetable difficult.
- They prefer privacy while exploring something that still feels personal.
Strengthening self-trust and refining intuitive awareness
Many people who come to mentoring are already receiving more than they realise. The difficulty is trust. An impression arrives, the logical mind questions it, and by the time it has been argued with it has faded. Mentoring gives that impression somewhere safe to land, so you can notice it, describe it and check it without judging yourself.
We work on how your intuition speaks to you in particular. For some people it is pictures, for others a bodily feeling, a word or a sudden sense of knowing. Once you can recognise your own language, your awareness sharpens, and you start to notice impressions in ordinary moments: in a meeting, on a crowded platform at London Bridge, or in a conversation with a friend.
Michelle is a wonderful and powerful teacher. She creates an encouraging and beautiful environment to follow your intuition and lean into this path.

Overcoming blocks in your intuitive development
Blocks are common, and they are rarely a sign that something is wrong with you. Some people were told as children that their experiences were imaginary. Some had a frightening experience and closed down. Others simply think so fast that intuition never gets a word in.
In one-to-one sessions we can take the time to understand what is in the way and work with it gently. That might mean grounding practices that help you feel safe enough to open, exercises that bypass the overthinking mind, or simply going slowly until confidence returns. Progress through a block is rarely a straight line. There may be sessions where everything flows and others where very little comes through, and both are part of learning. What matters is that you keep practising in a way that feels safe, and that you have someone beside you who can see the pattern when you can't. Mentoring is supportive guidance and reflection; if a block is rooted in trauma or a mental health difficulty, I will kindly encourage you to seek professional support alongside our work.
Private psychic development at your own pace
The pace of mentoring is flexible. Some people like regular sessions with a steady rhythm; others prefer more space between meetings so they can practise and reflect. We decide this together, and it can change as your needs change.
In-person sessions take place in London, which suits people who live or work in the mentoring for people who work in Central London and like to sit together in the same room. Zoom sessions work just as well for this kind of private psychic development, and they suit anyone further afield or with a full diary. You will practise between sessions with simple exercises I set for you, and we review them when we next meet.
It helps to keep a simple notebook while we work together. Jot down dreams, hunches, moments of déjà vu and anything you sensed before it happened, along with how it turned out. Those notes give us real material to work with in sessions, and over a few months they show you, in your own handwriting, how much your awareness has grown.
Private mentoring around a busy London life
One-to-one mentoring is often chosen by people whose time is tightly booked. Founders and professionals in East London, from Shoreditch start-ups to Canary Wharf offices, often want focused sessions that fit between meetings rather than a fixed weekly class, and the page on readings and mentoring for East London founders talks about bringing intuition into fast-moving working lives. Sessions can be in person in London or on Zoom, and the pace is set around you.
Private work also suits people who feel self-conscious about their abilities. It can take courage to say out loud that you sense things, and some students prefer to build confidence privately before practising in a group. Others have tried group classes and want individual attention on a particular skill, such as telling intuition apart from worry, or staying grounded after a strong experience.
In the first sessions we look at where you are now: what you notice, when it happens and how you currently respond. From there we agree a few practical exercises to work on between sessions, and we review them together. Progress is rarely a straight line, and that is normal. What matters is that you begin to recognise your own signals and trust them with more calm and less anxiety.
If a structured course would serve you better at some point, I will tell you. Many students move between the two, using mentoring to deepen what they practise in the group.
Mentoring or a structured course
Mentoring and the courses complement each other. My structured psychic development courses follow three levels of live group training, which gives you community and plenty of people to practise with. Mentoring follows you instead of a syllabus, so it is the stronger choice when you have specific blocks, a particular goal or a wish for privacy.
| You want | Likely fit |
|---|---|
| A clear progression with fellow students | A structured course |
| Individual attention on a particular block | Mentoring |
| Flexibility around work, travel or family | Mentoring |
| Both community and personal guidance | A course with occasional mentoring sessions |
If what you need is broader guidance about your life, purpose and spiritual growth rather than skills training, my intuitive coaching may suit you better. Many people find the article on developing your psychic abilities at home a helpful companion to either path.
