My corporate wellness workshops in London bring intuition, mindfulness and energy awareness into the working day in a way that feels practical and grounded. They are designed for teams, leadership groups and organisations that want to give people space to think clearly, reflect honestly and reconnect with their own judgement.
Before I founded The Butterfly Academy, I held leadership roles in Banking and Social Care. Both sectors ask a great deal of the people in them, from high-stakes decisions to the emotional weight of caring work, and I bring that senior corporate leadership background into every session, alongside my work as a Psychic Medium, Intuitive Teacher and Certified Reiki Master Practitioner.
Corporate wellness workshops in London, shaped by leadership experience
Corporate audiences are rightly sceptical of anything that sounds vague. I keep the language plain and the exercises usable. A workshop should leave people with something they can try at their desk the next morning, and it should respect the fact that not everyone in the room will share the same beliefs.
There are three formats, and each can be adapted to your group, your setting and what you want to explore:
- Intuition & Strategic Decision-Making, for leaders and teams who make important calls.
- Mindfulness & Energy Recalibration, focused on stress resilience, focus and corporate wellness.
- Private Gatherings & Celebrations, for team celebrations and special occasions.
You can read more about my background and how I came to this work on the my leadership background.
Why bring intuition and mindfulness into the workplace
Anyone who has worked in a demanding organisation knows how often good people make rushed decisions because they are tired, overloaded or never given a moment to think. Most of us have also seen the quiet voice in the room, the person who says "something about this doesn't feel right", turn out to have noticed something important.
Intuition and mindfulness give that quiet voice more room. They encourage people to slow down for a few minutes, notice what they actually think and feel, and come back to the task with a clearer head. None of this replaces expertise, evidence or good governance. It sits alongside them, as one more way of paying attention.
For many organisations, the appeal is also cultural. A session like this signals that people's inner experience matters at work, and that wellbeing is something to practise together instead of a box ticked once a year.
Intuition & Strategic Decision-Making: an intuition workshop for leaders
Most experienced leaders already use intuition, even if they call it instinct, gut feel or pattern recognition. This intuition workshop helps people notice that inner signal, understand how it differs from fear or bias, and learn to weigh it alongside data and analysis.
Sessions typically explore:
- How intuition shows up in the body and mind, and how to recognise your own version of it.
- The difference between an intuitive signal and anxiety, wishful thinking or habit.
- Simple practices for pausing before a decision and checking in with yourself.
- How a team can make room for quieter voices and first impressions in discussions.
The aim is to give people a fuller set of tools for thinking, so they can approach decisions with more clarity and self-trust. It is reflective work, and it sits alongside your organisation's usual processes, data and professional advice.
Mindfulness & Energy Recalibration: a team wellbeing workshop in London
This format is a calmer, more restorative session. As a mindfulness workshop for teams, it introduces breathing, grounding and awareness practices that people can use in a short break or before a difficult meeting. The energy element draws on my Reiki background and focuses on noticing how you feel, what drains you and what helps you reset.
Practices in this session might include:
- A short grounding exercise people can repeat at their desk or on the commute.
- Breath-led pauses for the moments before a presentation or a hard conversation.
- A guided body scan to notice where tension tends to gather.
- Gentle energy awareness, such as noticing which tasks and environments leave you depleted or restored.
It suits teams after a demanding project, groups going through change, or organisations that want to offer staff a thoughtful wellbeing session. The themes are stress resilience, focus and wellbeing at work. I'm careful about what I claim here: this is a reflective, supportive experience, not a clinical intervention, and it doesn't replace occupational health, therapy or medical care.
Private gatherings and celebrations for teams
The third format is lighter and more celebratory. For a team milestone, a leaving do or an end-of-year gathering, I can host a custom intuitive circle or guided experience that gives people something memorable to share. I describe these in more detail on my page about private events and psychic parties.
Who these workshops suit
The workshops work well for groups that value reflection and are open to trying something a little different. That might include:
- Leadership and senior management teams.
- Founders and early-stage teams making fast, high-stakes decisions.
- HR, people and wellbeing leads planning a wellbeing day or away day.
- Teams in caring, client-facing or high-pressure roles.
- Networks and professional groups looking for a reflective session.
Nobody is asked to share anything personal or to adopt any spiritual belief. Participation is always optional, and people can simply sit and listen if they prefer.
How a session is shaped with the organiser
Every workshop is designed with the person organising it. I want to understand your team before I arrive, so the session fits the people in the room instead of following a generic script.
- An initial conversation about your group, what is happening for them and what you hope the session will offer.
- Choosing a format, or a blend of formats, and agreeing the length, group size and tone.
- Practical details, such as the room, timings, any accessibility needs and whether the session is in person or online.
- The session itself, delivered with warmth and plain language, with time for questions.
It also helps to think about how you introduce the session to your colleagues. A short, honest description works well: a reflective workshop on intuition, focus and wellbeing, led by someone with a leadership background, with no expectation that anyone shares personal details. Framing it this way tends to put sceptical colleagues at ease, and it means people arrive curious instead of guarded. I'm happy to suggest wording if that would help.
I don't publish prices for corporate work, because every session is shaped differently. We discuss the details once I understand what you have in mind.
Corporate wellness workshops for teams across London
Workshops can be held in offices across London, from the City and the West End to the newer business districts in the east. If your organisation is based in the centre, the page on sessions for Central London teams and professionals shows how people fit this work around a full diary. A session can run in your own meeting room, at a venue you have chosen, or online for teams split between sites and home working.
Planning starts with a short conversation about who will be in the room and what would make the time worthwhile. A leadership group preparing for a demanding year needs something different from a wellbeing afternoon for a whole department, so I shape the session around your people rather than bringing a fixed script. We agree the length, the balance between guided practice and discussion, and how much of the time focuses on intuition in decision-making compared with energy and focus.
Some participants want to continue the work privately afterwards. That is entirely their choice and is kept separate from the workplace session. Leaders who want longer-term support sometimes move into one-to-one intuitive coaching, which gives space for personal goals that don't belong in a team setting.
Nothing in a workshop replaces occupational health, HR support or professional mental health care. My role is to offer practical, grounded tools for reflection, calm and clearer thinking, delivered in a way that respects everyone's beliefs and comfort. Nobody is ever asked to share more than they want to.
In your London office or online
I can come to your office in London, which many teams prefer because it keeps the session close to their everyday working environment. That might be a meeting room in the City, an open-plan floor in Canary Wharf or a creative studio in King's Cross. Teams based further east can see more on my intuition sessions for East London teams.
Workshops can also run online, which suits hybrid and distributed teams or organisations with people spread across the UK. Online sessions follow the same structure and simply adapt the exercises to the screen. Shorter online sessions can also work well as a lunchtime break, a team check-in or part of a wider wellbeing programme that your organisation already runs.
